Webcente Competencies in the Process of Construction and Deconstruction of a Management Model Digital Learning Objects

Teaching skills in the context of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, are the framework for competition and transforming themselves roles of the incorporation of information and communications technology to teaching and learning. Virtual learning spaces determine the transformation of the teacher as subject webcente considers virtuality as a space more collaborative learning and knowledge building. The webcente becomes a creator and curator of digital content that take the form of learning objects, this work is not improvised, but a management model that encompasses different disciplines, dimensions and processes is subject tecnopedagógicos. These processes are cyclical, recursive and comprehensive and are aimed at fulfilling a pedagogical intent through design, production, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Digital Learning Objects. Mobilization and transfer of teaching skills, is an opportunity for integration of digital skills, formation of an academic digital culture to strengthen training processes.
