ABSTRACT
Cyberbullying: harassment through IT services and devices.

Cyberbullying is a repetitive aggression carried out by one or more individuals towards a person,
using electronic devices or IT services. There are some differences between "face to face" bullying
and cyberbullying, the most important is use of IT, which modifies impact of bullying against the
victim. Technical measures and Internet services policies are necessary and useful to counteract
cyberbullying but most effective measure is to avoid it to happen. Awareness is essential, mainly with
kids and teenagers.
