Nepohualtzitzin a mathematical nahuatl model

This paper presents the Nahuatl mathematical model, identifying its numerical structure, a calculation instrument (Nepohualtzitzin), and their relationship through the symbols and mathematical expression in the Nahuatl language. It also presents the actions and preliminary results of incorporating the Nepohualtzitzin as a teaching resource with an intercultural approach in the development of mathematical skills of students in basic education.
