ABSTRACT
Twenty years after its foundational project, Latindex counts with 22 partner countries, including a collection center for the Latin Americanists magazines from Europe and Asia. The System conceives itself as an analysis referent, for it has continued with its mission to spread, make accessible and elevate the quality of the academic journals edited in the Latin American region through peer production.
