7 reflective questions for the improvement of teaching in technical-professional training

The health emergency measures due to COVID-19 imposed on us the need to reinvent teaching practices recognized only from face-to-face to reconfigure the passage to virtuality. This implied in an educational institution in the province of Neuquén (Argentina) designing and developing a reflection device oriented to the accompaniment and support of teaching practices, based on the relevance of the didactic and pedagogical review, promoting the invention. The device had a weekly frequency for three months, under a group modality and focused on the review and transformation of practices in the context of unknown and abrupt virtuality for most of the teachers. The shared experience in the testimony covers seven reflective questions that organized the accompaniment proposal as well as the reflections of the participating teachers at the end of it.
