Artificial pancreas: a step towards the efficient management of diabetes
Keywords:
Diabetes Mellitus, Artificial pancreas, Control systemsAbstract
Diabetes mellitus, an incurable chronic disease caused by issues in insulin production, leads to hyperglycemia. To address this, the artificial pancreas is explored, a device intended to emulate the regulatory functions of glucose. This article examines the current status, technological challenges, and prospects for developing a safe and fully autonomous artificial pancreas.
