Experimental teaching in the natural sciences was heavily impacted by the covid-19 pandemic. The hasty implementation of simulator-based teaching techniques partially mitigated the absence of experiential learning. This reflection explores the possibility of maintaining remote teaching tools linked to simple and safe experimental activities in a kitchen. This approach has the potential to significantly enhance experimental learning for students, both at the high school and undergraduate levels.
