In our society, a lack of understanding regarding the importance of psychological support can hinder emotional well-being. Some erroneously believe they should tackle their issues alone. To address this, it is essential to integrate mental health strategies into public health policies and healthcare systems, ensuring accessibility regardless of socioeconomic status. Podcasts, like this one, play a crucial role in making this information accessible anytime, anywhere. They aim to share the significance of mental health, debunk misconceptions, and teach how to nurture our emotional well-being. Integrating mental health strategies into our culture and providing access through mediums such as podcasts can promote a deeper understanding and a more favorable attitude toward mental health care. This can help shape more resilient Mexican society, prepared to face challenges with greater emotional and mental well-being.
