Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Systems Design Applied to Medical Molecular Nanobiotechnology
Keywords:
nanobiotechnology, bioinformatics, molecular medicine, systems, computational biologyAbstract
The advance of molecular nanobiotechnology grows at a fast pace and a quantity of data and biological information emerges vertiginously at a smaller scale each time. This multilateral effect, necessarily appeals to the rational design of new bioinformatics and biocomputing systems, along with the structured and non-structured systematization at the organization, management, processing and storage of atomic-molecular originated data, this leads to new forms of scientific consumption, research y application of nanobiotechnology on the “big data” environment and network communities in “cloud” through system and mobile device consulting Apps. Also, on the molecular nanotechnology applied within the medical context, it is essential and necessary to provide within the functionality of the platform’s genomic sections and integrated infrastructures as a bioinformatics service, a correlation clearly addressed to the practical use and application of consulting computing systems on the clinical field and research. Therefore, bioinformatics can help and find techniques, methods and combined computing algorithms, with the object to resolve several problems and emerging actions in integration of scientific fields such as molecular medicine and nanobiotechnology. On the other hand, the technological revolution and evolution on the omics science has had considerable advances through ultrasequencing nanotechniques (NGS) that have a great promise about provisions of complete genome high speed readings in short time, high pressure and low cost, allowing to acquire more time for a deeper study of the metabolic interrelations, genes, enzymes, protein dynamic and unstable biological circuits in several diseases such as cancer, including the DNA nanobiotechnology support, genomic variants and pharmacogenomics, this can also facilitate the procedures and standards in biomedical standards applied to the medical diagnose and prediction with the object to provide immediate traslational services to improve the implementation of treatment and solutions for several diseases of clinical attention with application on the study of molecular medicine.
