What is better? Having the option for reading texts on screens instead of printed book has generated a series of studies and comments. In this report we review some texts that support advantages or disadvantages from each option. We go through the eye and brain physiologies, as well as other variables. Some suggest advantages the printed-book, others prefer electronic media.. But what does your brain prefer? Which are the effects of screen reading on the eye physiology? Do you learn better from one system or another? At the end of this paper you will have more information to support your decisions or simply to be better informed.
