Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide the reader the vision of a baccalaureate teacher from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) about the process known as evaluation. The text begins with a brief presentation of the teacher’s career. Then the teacher narrates her first approaches towards evaluation, as well as the evolution of her concept of evaluation. The article concludes with a personal reflection on the educational practice and its improvement through evaluation.
