Learning environments and areas of professional development have changed rapidly in recent years, especially due to the covid-19 pandemic. This has raised the need to review the training of new professionals, so that they respond to the continuous changes in the context. The present work shares the study that has been carried out from the Coordination of the Open University, Educational Innovation and Distance Education of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (unam), based on the proposal of the Next skills research group, from Germany, to generate a current and relevant learning support program, based on the development of learning skills.
