Abstract

This text reflects about the assistance to the theater in Mexico and makes a first proposal to increase the number and variety of the audiences. For this purpose, it describes two concrete cases: “La Titería, Casa de las Marionetas” and “Espacio Teatral MH-35”. Finally, it resolves that the first step is to answer the questions: Who is the target audience? Which social-community experience is the audience going to find in the theater experience? The place where the audience is appealed is the right one?
