Abstract

The way you see yourself is influenced by the things around you: opinions, prejudices, the media, friends, family, etc. But when you spend a long period of time isolated from the world you know, everything changes. The covid-19 pandemic led us to be our own company and, in more than one moment, it turned out to be a strange experience; different topics appeared in our heads: mental health, anxiety and depression were constant objects of reflection. Something is very clear: each person is a world and that was reflected in this period (even today, the reflection may continue). Each person had their own path to follow, either for the problems they faced (or continues to face) or the learning they decided to carry out. We are the result of all these experiences, we have become a reflection of constant change, and we share a transformation trigger. Not everyone may feel comfortable sharing their reflections and retrospectives, but those of us who do, we hope that the reader, beyond simply reading another point of view, will find common ground, something that shows the human factor we all share.
